Our story:

Transplants from California, we moved to Portland, Connecticut fall of 2020. We have always had a passion for anything vintage and previously in California we renovated multiple vintage trailers. We have always enjoyed as a couple transforming old vintage trailers into something beautiful & modern. This has been a dream of ours for as long as we can remember and we knew we couldn’t let it pass us by anymore, so we decided to embark on this journey together.

How it works

When you are ready to book your mobile bar experience, we will schedule a consultation with you and get an idea of what you are looking for.

Please note that we are not licensed to provide alcoholic beverages. Nonetheless, we collaborate closely with our clients to meticulously curate a menu and compile a detailed inventory of what you want for your event.

Below we have listed our two options for you to decide on.

Option One: We will calculate the costs associated with the itemized list, incorporating the expense of the alcoholic beverages into the initial deposit. Subsequently, on the day of your event, we will pick your list of designated alcoholic beverages and give you a comprehensive receipt for all items procured. This option does have a 10% service charge associated with it, and will be charged with the overall cost of the rental.

Option Two: After your review and approval of the finalized itemized list, you may choose to independently choose all required alcoholic beverages. These can either be delivered on the day of the event or arranged for pickup in advance, thus ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience on the day of your event.

  • Deposit: 50% of the total cost will be taken upfront to confirm your booking. If you choose the option for us to pick up your beverages for the event the deposit will be waived. The purchase of your beverages will be in lieu of your deposit.

  • Cancellation policy: We require a 72-hour cancellation with a full refund of your deposit.

  • Final payment: Your final payment is due the day of your event. We accept, cash, card, or venmo

Cost Break Down.

  • Min 7 hours, and up to 70 People: $800

  • $5 per person for parties over 70 people

  • Travel outside 50 miles from Portland, CT: 1$ per mile.

  • Purchasing service charge: 10% of purchase cost.

Upon confirming your event date, We will contact you to arrange a virtual or in-person consultation. During this consultation, we will collect the deposit, and complete the contractual agreement.
